No matter the time of day, the staff are always smiling and ready to help you with a friendly attitude. You will be able to rely on them for just about anything, whether it's an extra towel you need or just some information on the surrounding area.

Feeling cramped is not something you will have to worry about at this hotel, as each room is overly accommodating for the allowed occupancy. You will have plenty of space to stretch out with all the luggage you can handle.

There have been a few complaints regarding the outdated interiors. Some guests would like to see these spaces upgraded, as a few pieces of furniture are worn in places. The decor is also looking tired and in need of refreshing.

Many guests have complained about the paid in-room Wi-Fi service. In this day and age, most guests feel as though this service should be free, especially at a hotel of this caliber. There is however free Wi-Fi in the lobby.
