Guests rooms are fairly basic but spacious and kept in a lovely clean condition. The beds are reasonably comfortable and the showers are more than adequate. The selection of amenities, while not overly luxurious, ensure you have all your basic needs cover

A warm welcome seems to come as standard at the Premier Inn Blackpool Central. Guests make plenty of positive comments about the level of customer service and it does seem that the staff genuinely want you to enjoy your stay.

The hotel’s central location means that hearing some noise during the night is likely. This is mainly the sound of people coming and going from the hotel but also from people hanging around the entrance, presumably while they smoke.

Although complimentary Wi-Fi is one of the perks of this hotel, some guests found it a little restrictive. You many find it too slow to do anything beyond send an email. Plus, you’ll be limited to using it with just one device.

Several guests were disappointed by the lack of in-room air-conditioning. Fans are available but whether they make any difference to the temperature seems doubtful. Windows do open but not as far as some guests would have liked.
