Suite Novotel Lille Europe is a modern, relaxing, chic hotel situated in a location that has it all. Quiet, safe, close to a major transportation hub, close to the centre of the city and close to many attractions. Guests reported that they were able to walk everywhere and see everything they wanted to see.
The guest rooms are spotlessly clean and spacious with plenty of amenities to ensure comfort. Also reported was large bathrooms, comfortable beds, powerful showers with easy-to-control temperatures, lots of natural light and air conditioning and Wi-Fi that always works.
Guests reported that they were warmly welcomed by smiling, friendly staff and this high level of excellent service continued during their entire stay. Issues are resolved quickly and staff are always ensuring that guests have everything they need.
Guests reported that the staff is unaccommodating and hard to deal with in particular when dealing with booking issues. Also reported was staff who don't respond to requests, issues that go unresolved and staff who are unapologetic when things go wrong.
The rooms at Suite Novotel Lille Europe get very hot and stuffy due to malfunctioning air conditioning and the fact that the windows can't be opened due to the noise level outside. Also reported was appliances that aren't working, a lack of toiletries and a strange smell coming from the drains.
