Guests loved the spotlessly clean hotel with comfortable amenities and amazing food. The rooms are clean, cosy and well-appointed with comfortable bed and pillows. The hotel is quite well placed with just few minutes' walk to the seafront and tram stop and 10-15 minutes' walk to the town. There are many restaurants, pubs and bars located close to the hotel.
Guests particularly loved the breakfast served at the Westfield House which is quite plentiful offering freshly made hot items. Guests also loved the pleasant breakfast area and the staff serving the food. Overall, it was an excellent breakfast experience for the guests.
The hosts, Jim and John are very warm, welcoming and offer a hot drink on arrival which is quite appreciated by the guests and they make you feel at home. Guests feel that they found a great customer service at Westfield House, where the hosts were just a call away and more than happy to help.
Few guests found the rooms to be small in size but good enough for a day or two. The rooms are quite clean and comfortable and a bit smaller size isn't really an issue. Many of the guests are repeat guests, which show the guests' satisfaction.
