All the guests loved the variety of spread in the English breakfast that included bacon, eggs, sausages, toast, beans, hash browns, mushrooms, tomatoes and black pudding. It was cooked so well that few guests felt that the standards of breakfast here are better than any five star hotels. Guests were extremely pleased with the services rendered by the staff members. They were thoughtful and courteous to all the needs of the guests.
Guests were more than happy to find a safe and secure parking area with adequate space. The location of the B&B was considered to be very convenient as it is very close to many restaurants, bars and shops. The city centre as well as the pubs and supermarkets are just five minutes' walk away.
Most of the guests felt that the B&B is very reasonably priced as per the services offered by them. Rooms were spotless and well-maintained. Bathrooms were excellent. Comfortable beds and a relaxed ambience ensured a good night's sleep for all the guests.
Some of the guests felt that the absence of a chair in the rooms was a little inconvenient for them as they had to sit on the beds all the time.
One of the glitches experienced by few guests were the loud water pipes running through the wall that kept making an unpleasant gurgling sound early in the morning.
