You can't fault the standard of cleanliness upheld here, everything is kept spotless. Wander around this bed and breakfast and you'll see that everything is in its place, it's a very tidy place indeed.
The couple who run this bed and breakfast, Alex and Maria, do an excellent job of making you feel at home. Their hospitality is completely genuine and they are always happy to chat to you about great things to do in Paignton.
One great thing about this place is that it provides a really good free Wi-Fi service, with excellent signal coverage throughout all the rooms and very fast speeds. If you want to download music or watch a film you'll have no troubles here.
Breakfast time each morning is strictly adhered to so you had better make sure you're downstairs before the kitchen closes up for the morning. Providing a longer period in which to eat breakfast would make this less of a problem.
Strolling our of this bed and breakfast and down into the town centre of Paignton is no problem, but getting yourself back up is another story. The steep hill you have to conquer can leave you feeling pretty knackered.
Don't expect lots of space in the ensuite bathrooms here, they are rather pokey and everything feels a little bit crammed in. Some renovation to make the ensuite bathrooms bigger would make things much more comfortable.
