Outstanding rooms with strong recommendations noted for units with panoramic views of the old city.  Don't miss out on having a glass of champagne or even a meal out on one of the private balconies.  Beds are comfortable and air conditioning is optimal.

The jacuzzi is too small with tepid water, and some spa areas easily become noisy with children and people on phones rather than silent and tranquil. Ask for a locker key; it won't be offered to you otherwise.

Some felt their rooms were way too small, didn't have enough electrical outlets, the decor was a bit old-fashioned and tired with worn, tattered carpeting to match. Some had toilets separate from the shower as well.

Some mentioned that a few items on the breakfast menu seemed a bit odd, and that the food in general for all meals was quite uninspired and overpriced.  Service from some of the wait staff was equally slow and disappointing coupled with an unwillingness to be accommodating.
