Le Parc Franck Putelat (Carcassonne, France)

The Parc has a prime site at the foot of the fortified town of Carcassonne. The chef, Franck Putelat, has been awarded a Michelin star, not the first he has received, as he also had a star at his previous restaurant Barbacane, also in Caercassonne. He also won the prestigious Bocuse d’Argent in 2003. In his cooking franck Putelat is creative and modrrn while still respecting tradition and seasons. He plays with tastes, textures and colours, all with a great attention to detail. The restaurant caters for 90 covers. There is a lunch time set menu for €25. Closed Sundays and Mondays (except public holidays).
