A couple who stayed for two nights found the accommodation and the food to be great, and the staff friendly and helpful.

There is a very good range of beers for real ale lovers. The Inn's own micro-brewery's beers are a feature. The garden is an asset, depending on the weather!

The Wi-Fi access is good throughout the inn, although there is no mobile phone signal.

Guests felt that the accommodation was not good value for the price being charged, and needed updating and improving. The décor was described as bland and poorly finished.
