There appears to be a very high standard of housekeeping here and the guests appear to be extremely satisfied with the cleanliness level in the hotel. Very few complaints.
A guest got a shock when his shower flooded the bathroom floor. In fairness, this is one of the very few complaints which this hotel has received about the rooms.
A guest remarked that his meal was very expensive, yet when it arrived, the portion looked so small that he thought it was a child’s meal. When he complained to the waitress, she merely smiled and told him to enjoy his meal, leaving him feeling neglected
