The rooms were smaller than some guests expected. This left some guests with little room to breathe. Some rooms also lacked basic things such as bedside tables and, in at least one case, a TV remote. The décor was dated even though the bedding was comfort

The Hotel also lacks lifts of any kind. The rooms are accessed by a staircase. While staff is quick to help guests carry their luggage up the stairs, it does make it difficult to assess rooms during the day. Guests were not pleased to carry their purchase
