Guests reported that the rooms are exceptionally clean with comfortable beds and furnishings and a cosy room temperature. Also reported was tasteful decor, soundproof walls, lots of hot water and plenty of extra amenities.
The hotel is located in a quiet area that is also very centrally located with many attractions within walking distance and many other attractions easily accessible with a short drive or via the easily accessible train system.
Some guests reported that they were disappointed upon arriving at their room because it was not the same as the large, bright and airy rooms pictured on the website when they booked.
Some staff members are unhelpful and even rude with guests. They either show a reluctance to deal with issues or they become defensive and angry when issues arise and have a habit of blaming guests and refusing to accommodate them for their troubles.
