Hotel The Lex NYC (New York, USA)

The Lex Boutique Hotel NYC is ideally located for guests who wish to explore all the Manhattan has to offer; not only is the hotel located within walking distance of a wide selection of New York attractions and cultural landmarks - such as the Empire State Building and Madison Square Garden, among many others - but guests can immerse themselves in the vibrant, bustling Manhattan atmosphere by visiting the many restaurants, bars and cafes that populate the hotel's surrounding area. Guests can also access other areas of the city and outer boroughs with ease as there are numerous subway stations nearby.

The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful, ensuring that guests feel welcome upon arrival; they are accommodating, courteous and more than willing to help guests with any requests or queries regarding the hotel, or recommendations of local attractions and restaurants that they themselves enjoy.

Guests found that the beds provided were very comfortable and they also enjoyed the modern amenities and furnishings that the rooms are decorated in. A high level of cleanliness is maintained by the housekeeping staff who work daily and guests also considered this a positive.

While the majority of guests found the beds and room furnishings comfortable, the size of the rooms was deemed to be somewhat small however, this was not a huge annoyance for the majority of guests who were comfortable regardless of room size.

The complimentary breakfast is lacking in a wide variety of food options and the food that is offered is somewhat bland. Guests would recommend exploring the surrounding restaurants and cafes for meals.

Some guest felt that the hotels walls were thin and that they could hear their neighbours and the street noise but regardless of these negative comments the vast majority of guests would recommend staying at The Lex.
