Hotel The Cherry Blossom Inn (Blackpool, United Kingdom)

The owners were often highlighted as one of the best aspects of the Cherry Blossom Inn. Previous guests have stated that the hotel's proprietors are extremely helpful and friendly at all times.

Cleanliness was a positive aspect for virtually all past visitors that stayed at the hotel. The rooms and public spaces are noted to be kept at a very high standard in terms of hygiene and tidiness.

Whilst some of the current décor in the rooms has been described as lacking and tired on occasion, the rest of the Cherry Blossom Inn was said to be steeped in tradition with many original Victorian features - something that was greatly appreciated by most former guests.

The location, while on the promenade and in a reputedly quiet area, was somewhat maligned by various previous visitors. This was mainly down to its position away from the main points of interest in Blackpool, with Blackpool Tower and other central attractions in the town approximately 20 minutes away on foot.

Despite not being a major issue, a number of past guests were disappointed about the reportedly small size of the rooms at the hotel. Furthermore, in terms of amenities, the rooms also were seen as basic to an extent.

Although the majority were happy with its quality, others were disappointed about the supposedly limited items included with the breakfast at the Cherry Blossom Inn. In addition, the surcharge for a full English breakfast has aided in some criticising the overall value for money provided by the hotel.
