Guests like the fact that they can reach the hotel very easily, whether by car, taxi or tram. There is lots of parking space and the centre of Dublin is just a 20-minute tram ride away.

If guests don't want to spend their whole day in the hotel or in the town centre, they are delighted to find a large shopping centre on their doorstep. There are lots of shops to keep you amused and many nice alternatives to the hotel's restaurant and bar.

Having free use of the leisure centre is a big bonus for many guests. You can go for a dip in the pool or a work out in the gym.

For some guests, the noise of the traffic is a bit of a nuisance, for others it disturbs their sleep. One thing seems certain though - the hotel seems to have an issue with soundproofing. If this is likely to keep you awake at night, requesting a room at the back of the hotel may help.

Although there is a tram station conveniently situated a couple of minutes from the hotel, for some guests the journey into town is simply too far. Some hadn't seemed to realise that the hotel was so far from the town centre. However, many do accept that it is a trade off price versus location and in fact if you're going out for the day it is not that much of a problem.

Some guests are a bit mystified that the promised king-size bed in the superior room is just two single beds pushed together! Some even find the rooms smaller than a regular room!
