A majority of visitors felt the hotel had a superior level of cleanliness. Linens and towels were fresh and the rooms were tidy, as were the common areas of the hotel.

Most visitors to the hotel mentioned that the staff was professional and warm in their approach when dealing with guests. The front desk is polite, the restaurant has a great atmosphere and employees genuinely want you to have the best experience possible.

Some guests mentioned that they felt the location could use a little TLC. The decor is tired looking and some rooms have water issues. With that said, some guests believe it wasn't worth the price they paid. However, most visitors didn't seem to have an issue with the price or the location.

Some visitors mentioned that the walls are extremely thin. So soundproofing is pretty much non-existent in the guestrooms. Visitors claim you can hear everything that's happening with your neighbour’s rooms (and vice versa).

Guests mentioned they could've used more choices, such as more meats and boiled eggs, on the free Continental breakfast since the full English breakfast is an extra charge. Others mentioned that the food was adequate, but much like the accommodations, it tends to be overpriced. However, a fair number of diners did say they enjoy the food and didn't have an issue with cost.
