The hotel manager has superb managerial skills. Questions are answered and things are taken care of within a decent amount of time. Overall, the staff is quite friendly.

The hotel Wi-Fi is a huge bonus because it actually works the majority of the time! The fitness center is great too. Bus stops are close by, the subway is close by, and the room is spacious and clean and you get a decent breakfast too. You can't beat that!

The deluxe continental breakfast is quite good. It will at least get you started for the day. Sausage, coffee, eggs, and even waffles, but you have to make them yourself. Overall, a lovely breakfast.

The free shuttle services are limited; however, this information is not made clear on the hotel's website. The hotel does not operate between or after certain hours. If you plan on using the shuttle, you'd better plan your schedule to the letter.

If your room is facing Liberty Avenue get ready for a noise fest. The subway line is right across the street and operates throughout the night. Not only that, the hotel is at the corner of two main streets with plenty of traffic.

The hotel vicinity is a bit tacky. It is not impressive at all; however it doesn't feel really dangerous, but you might want to be cautious at night. It's somewhat isolated as well with a bunch of car shops in the area.
