Hotel Holiday Inn Express New York JFK Airport Area (Jamaica, USA)

The hotel is conveniently located in close proximity to the airport which ensures that guests will have a relatively stress free journey to the airport and will not experience a last day in New York that is plagued by a long journey to a distant airport. Guests are also located a short distance from the vibrant borough of Brooklyn and the exciting and renowned Manhattan area, both of which are accessible via public transport and from there guests can experience New York's attractions and places of interest.

Airport transportation is provided and guests considered this to be a positive aspect of their stay at the hotel; the bus service was prompt and took guests to JFK Airport quickly. Furthermore, the bus arrived promptly and the bus drivers are very friendly and courteous.

The staff at this Holiday Inn location are extremely friendly and attentive, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that will make guests feel welcome upon arrival. They are happy to help with any queries or requests that guests may have and will happily and readily provide information about the area.

The breakfast provided was found by a number of guests to be bland and tasteless as well as limited in its choice. Other guests had the inverse opinion and found the breakfast to be delicious and satisfying.

Some guests found the rooms to be cramped and took issue with the mattresses which they felt were too soft and unsupportive. However, other guests did find that the rooms were comfortable despite or in spite of the size.

A number of guests complained of a weird smell emanating from their bathroom and they found that was rather annoying when they were relaxing in their room.
