Better security would be helpful. You can't lock your room, which is not too comforting with your valuables inside. There is no fire alarm or sprinkler system in case of fire. In addition, the owner though lovely, should be present more often.
More power outlets in the room would be helpful. The lighting is too dim leaving the rooms with a somewhat dreary ambiance. The Wi-Fi is questionable.
You might or might not get the opportunity to enjoy a special breakfast. You may find yourself with a box of cereal, milk, and a bit of fruit.
