Guests with an early morning flight appreciate the hotel's complimentary shuttle to the nearby airport, while business travellers appreciate the hotel's proximity to the IFEMA and the Municipal Congress Hall.

Some guests describe the hotel's location as "the middle of nowhere," though those who are undaunted by a 25-minute drive or changing lines on the subway can get into the city centre for a day of sightseeing.

Some fit travellers are disappointed in the limited fitness centre. There is, however, a large and pleasant park nearby, which offers some interesting sculpture and landscaping as a backdrop for a morning run or walk.
