As warm and cuddly as the atmosphere at Pen-Y-Bryn House is, it wouldn't hurt if the common and individual room décor was refreshed, through more contemporary designs and aesthetics. Housekeeping also needs some tightening, since it's not always spotless, nor consistently maintained as such during a stay.

Although there's several sites and activities close by, the location may still be considered as too tucked away. If you're looking for something that has a stronger flurry of traffic, you may be disappointed or bored.
