What a fantastic getaway. The facility is on the inter-coastal waterway with a dock on the water. The grounds are very well maintained and it's quiet and relaxing. In fact, you don't have to leave the premises if you don't want to as everything is right there. There are plenty of places to eat within walking distance as well. But the facility is somewhat isolated, which is not a bad thing as it keeps the ambiance tranquil and relaxing.
The facility is for adults only, which many couples will enjoy if they are looking to unwind.
Upon arrival, you are greeted with a glass of champagne and a tour of the facility. It's an indication of what you have to look forward to while staying at the resort.
It's strange that such an outstanding hotel does not serve breakfast, even if there are kitchens in the suites. A five-star accommodation should give visitors the option of whether they want to cook a meal or enjoy a breakfast in a lovely dining area.
The beach "is" within close walking distance if you can stand the five plus blocks you have to walk to get there! Not as close as they make it seem in advertisements.
