The property is well-situated to provide relatively easy access to all major pints of interest in Plymouth including Plymouth Dome, the National Marine Aquarium, Smeaton’s Tower, the Barbican and Plymouth Sound.

Taller or larger guests may need to be aware that the en-suite private bathroom facilities to most of the rooms are very small. With very small shower cubicles and cramped arrangements between the shower stall, toilet and basin, could be quite an awkward and uncomfortable experience.
Perhaps a rather strange house rule of this particular guest house, guests are required to remove their shoes upon arrival at the front door. This could prove to be a rather tiresome or awkward encounter, particularly as there is no warning and guests who have travelled far must still remove shoes before gaining access to their room.
