Hotel La Jolla Riviera Inn (La Jolla, USA)

Guests really liked the location of the hotel, saying that it was a very short walk from the gorgeous beaches. They also liked the neighbourhood as a whole, describing it as both attractive and containing all the amenities they needed during their holiday.

Guests clearly loved having the kitchen available. Even those not making full meals liked being able to quickly prepare the odd snack. But those who did want to prepare full meals reported that their kitchen was very well equipped and that they had all they needed in terms of equipment, cutlery and crockery.

Guests were clearly impressed with the hotel’s staff. They were described as very friendly, and possessing the upbeat attitude that one was just what one would hope for when enjoying a relaxing beach break.

This was perhaps the most common complaint from those travelling in the summer months. They reported that there was no air conditioning in the rooms. Of course Southern California can get very hot in summer so their rooms were often quite a bit warmer than they would have liked.

While onsite off street parking is available, quite a number of guests reported that there were simply not enough bays for the number of guest accommodated. As a result, those travelling at busy times sometimes couldn’t find a free bay and had to park on the street.

There were a bit too many complaints about the hotel’s Wi-Fi system for comfort. While there were a few different types of complaints, the most common one seemed to be that it was too slow for modern requirements.
