The rooms at this hotel are large enough that a couple will feel extremely comfortable even with all their baggage. The comfy sofa is a great addition that really enhances the room and gives it a suite feeling.

The staff at this hotel aren't exactly over-friendly, but they are professional in their attitude and will do whatever they can to help you. If you need some advice, they are also more than willing to offer some recommendations for dining out or shopping.

This hotel is kept in good condition and although it is next to a busy road the rooms are actually quite dust-free. Everything seems to be in good shape, and it feels like the place has been recently renovated.

The hotel hasn't really been soundproofed properly, so guests have found that a lot of traffic noise gets in through the windows. Not only that but the walls between rooms are quite thin, so if you have noisy neighbors, then you'll hear them all night.

This hotel is badly positioned, so it's actually easy enough to drive right past. You'll need to be alert on your way there, and if you're coming out of the hotel, it can be a little tricky to maneuver. Not ideal for a Hyatt hotel.

Some guests have noted that the free breakfast wasn't really worth getting up for as it tasted like reheated food and the fruit wasn't fresh. Yes, it's free, but it should be of a higher standard for a hotel bearing the Hyatt name.
