With a few exceptions, the majority of guests found the staff at the hotel were welcoming and courteous throughout their stay. Check-in sounds very much like it is a fuss-free affair and the staff is happy to help out with local area information. For the most part, any issues are dealt with quickly.

Guests appreciate the excellent selection of shopping and dining in the area surrounding the hotel. You'll find that two major shopping centers are within easy reach - just a few minute's drive from the property. Dining options are seemingly endless, although there are few within walking distance.

Most reviews suggest that you'll find the rooms and suites at the hotel are comfortable and offer clean surroundings. The accommodation isn't exactly overflowing with amenities, but those that are provided tend to work well.

Feedback about breakfast is mixed, but the general consensus appears to be that the buffet is average - not awful but a little skimpy and nothing to write home about either. That said, this area is not short of alternative places to grab breakfast, although this will, of course, incur an extra cost.

Compared to other Holiday Inn Express hotels, this property seems to lack expected facilities and amenities. The lack of a pool is a disappointment, although basics such as coin-op laundry and vending machines also appear to be missing.
