Hotel Holiday Inn Clearwater Beach S-Harbourside (Indian Rocks Beach, USA)

This Holiday Inn & Suites is walking distance from the pristine beaches situated in the Gulf of Mexico and guests visiting this hotel for the purposes of a luxurious beach getaway have not been disappointed.

This hotel has had plenty positive reviews based on the clean and neat environment it offers and it should not be under-appreciated. Guests have commended cleaning staff and hotel management for the way in which they have conducted their resources to provide such an atmosphere.

This hotel has provided so nicely for guests of all ages insofar as the hotel features is concerned. There are two on-site pools (one for adults and one for children) and a miniature golf course. An outdoor bar and poolside bar feature with live entertainment. Guests have loved the fact that they did not need to leave the hotel for the sake of finding activities as this hotel has guests covered.

The room amenities were nice and rooms were said to be spacious but some reviews confessed that the rooms felt as though they were old and dated. Just by features such as the air-conditioning that was temperamental and loud and some electrical sockets have been found hanging out of the walls.

The cleaning staff at this hotel have received great reviews for their friendly and hospitable service given. However, the same was not said about other stuff such as the receptionists and desk clerks.

This is a non-smoking hotel but some guests have complained that they smell second-hand smoke from cigarettes. Although this is not the fault of the hotel, hotel management should clamp down a bit harder on enforcing this no smoking policy as it has inconvenienced guests in the past.
