Guests to the hotel were not only impressed by the complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the hotel a number of reviewers commented that it was fast and reliable which was very much appreciated.

A number of previous guests to the hotel made special mention of the very friendly and helpful front desk staff who made check-in a breeze and who attended to their every request in a fast and efficient manner.

A number of guests to the hotel were visiting due to an event, wedding, sporting tournament or conference being hosted at the hotel. Unanimously a number of reviews commented on the great planning by hotel staff which made their event run smoothly and effortlessly.

Whilst some guest reviewers acknowledged in their reviews that the recently remodeled lobby was fantastic, a number of guests felt that the renovation needed to continue to include the old and outdated rooms.

Some guests encountered minor maintenance issues during their stay and their reviews were firm about the need to immediately correct issues like broken phones in rooms, broken doors and stained carpets.

It seems that some guests during their stay at the hotel did not have pleasant experience as the air-conditioning units struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature. Some guests commented that because of the unreliable temperatures this caused them to get no sleep and they left their stay very grumpy indeed!
