The staff at the hotel are well used to receiving guests at unusual hours, and you can expect a warm welcome no matter what time you arrive. They are extremely helpful and have plenty of advice for first-timers to the area.

The proximity of both New College and the airport make this the perfect location for anyone in town to visit the college. It's also pretty convenient to other local attractions and has easy access to the Interstate.

The housekeeping staff take very good care of this hotel from the lobby right up to the rooms, and you'll be hard pushed to find any problems during your stay. In fact, many of the guests at this hotel have mentioned how impressed they were with its cleanliness.

This hotel while in good condition is looking a bit dated and could probably do with an upgrade. There are a few flaws here and there such as cracked tiles or peeling paint that makes you feel like you're in a motel rather than a Hilton.

There have been a few guests that have complained of having prepaid reservations that were not honored upon arrival. Suites were changed to standard rooms, or there were no rooms available at all. This is certainly something that you don't want to happen when checking in.

This hotel enjoys a great location, but it's not really worth the high rate you pay. Some people feel that you're paying for the Hilton name alone and not the Hilton service or standard of quality.
