Harrington Hall is well positioned in that you can walk to so many attractions. The hotel is convenient for Grafton Streets and St. Stephen's Green. There are several bars, nightclubs and restaurants in the local area as well.
Staff here are really efficient, hospitable and polite. As well as dealing with any issues you may have, they'll also happily give you advice on where the best places to visit are and how to get there.
The hotel is a lovely old Georgian building. It is very well equipped, with spacious rooms. What's more, everything is spotlessly clean and tidy.
The noise outside Harrington Hall is really intrusive. The street is full of late night bars and clubs and is heaving with people and taxis until all hours of the night. Getting to sleep can be very tricky, so be sure to bring some earplugs.
Guestrooms can get overtly toasty, even with the ceiling fan on. The problem is that opening the window is often not an option because of the noise from outside, so you just have to put up with the temperature.
Sometimes accessing the internet is a problem, particularly, it seems, if lots of other guests are trying to get online at the same time.
