Hampton Inn and Suites Jacksonville South-Bartram Park is a 100% non-smoking property which is great for those who don't imbibe and prefer that their room smell fresh and not like acrid, second-hand smoke.

A great location

This hotel is close to St. John's Town Center Mall where you'll find lots of restaurants and shopping. Many of Jacksonville's most popular attractions are just a few miles away and you're only 20 miles from downtown. In addition, the property is located just off I 95, so it's an easy in and out.

A warm, helpful and dedicated staff welcomes you at check-in and is there for the duration of your stay. They are happy to accommodate most any request and they can point you in the direction of places to eat and the most popular local attractions.

Housekeeping is hit or miss

Sometimes the housekeeping here is OK but sometimes it really misses the mark. Carpeting that needs better vacuuming, trash left behind and hairs left in places they shouldn't be can detract from your stay.

The walls are thin

The walls at this hotel are thin which may result in bleed-through noise from your neighbors beside and above you. And in addition, the doors between adjoining rooms have no insulation whatsoever. If you are looking for a quiet stay, be sure to ask for a corner room on a high floor, far from the madding crowd.
