The hotel features a world class spa and fitness center that is not only equipped with state-of-the-art facilities but also manned by highly trained and finely skilled personnel.

The resort is set on an extensive 300-acre beachfront property in pristine condition. The hotel precincts are lined with beautiful palm trees while the grounds are beautifully manicured.

Whereas most rooms at Ponte Vedra Inn & Club are in top condition, guests have reported that rooms at Island House are not up to scratch with torn carpets, dated furniture and clogged shower drains--the rooms could do with some serious remodeling.

Guests have reported that the food served at the hotel's five restaurants is mediocre and lacking in variety.

Kids aged between 8-18 (tweens) might find themselves a bit stranded when staying here because the hotel does not allow them to participate in dancing lessons or Zumba whereas they are too old to participate in activities meant for kids below 8 years.
