Not the best food
There have been complaints about the quality of the food at this resort. Guests have mentioned that they expected a little more out of the food and felt as though they should have been provided with higher quality with the all inclusive option at this property.
negative:
Difficult to walk around
This is a very large resort and, therefore, guests with children have struggled to walk through the property. There is a train that takes guests from the lobby to their rooms, but this is a very slow process and guests have found that it is easy to walk than to wait for the train.
negative:
Many slippery spots
Guests have complained that the walkways and the areas surrounding the pools are quite slippery and, therefore, could be dangerous.
