The owners and staff members are friendly and helpful, willing to assist with any requests you might have. They should also be of help when it comes to scheduling a taxi or tour reservation.

The hotel consists of six cabanas perfect for couples, in a garden-like setting with a pool and easy access to the beach.

The onsite restaurant offers varied and delicious food at each meal throughout the day. Many guests have enjoyed eating here during their stay! The hotel also provides a complimentary continental breakfast (and two bottles of drinking water) per day.

The hotel is a bit far from everything but the beach. It's a good idea to rent a car to use during your stay if you plan to do anything, save for hanging out at the hotel and on the beach. Tour operators and taxis also occasionally have trouble locating the property.

Though the hotel itself is far enough from everything else (which makes for privacy from other businesses and resorts), the cabanas themselves have no door on the bathrooms. This makes them unsuitable for mixed parties. It's still potentially uncomfortable for couples and families, even.

Not only is the tap water unsafe to drink - just like in most of Mexico, hence the complimentary bottles of drinking water provided each day - but it's also salty. That may be fine for some guests, but if showering and washing your hands in salty water makes you uncomfortable, you may be better off bringing waterless bathing goods or staying elsewhere.
