A few guests thought that the pool had a very limited capacity. This was a bit of a problem especially during peak seasons when the hotel is fully booked.
Guests in rooms facing the street thought they were a bit noisy because of the foot traffic to and from the water buses. This is especially troublesome during the peak travel hours. Rooms next to the lift were very noisy and guests could not sleep peacefully.
Guests who use their own personal means of transport complain that parking can be a challenge if you had not reserved a spot. Guests also had trouble locating free parking spots as the signage wasn't clear. Many spots were reserved by those with a longer stay.
