Walking distance to the Pavilion

The sleep train Pavilion is a well know concert destination and is literally five minutes from the hotel. Those who have stayed here and visited the stadium have been very pleased with the convenience and will stay again.

Smells awful and very dirty rooms

There are numerous negative reviews regarding the smell in the rooms and the cleanliness of the beds, bathrooms and carpets. Unfortunately there appears to be an issue throughout the whole hotel with filthy floors, worn and dirty bed linen, a smell of rotten food, body odor and also moldy bathrooms.

Seriously needs renewing

There are a lot of previous guests commenting on how dated the hotel is and that it is in dire need of an uplift. Wallpaper has been seen to be hanging off the walls, there are thread bare carpets, holes in sheets and cracked windows.

The appliances such as the microwaves, refrigerators and TV's have issues. Guests have also explained there is a problem with the water pressure and things seem to be backward, hot is cold, cold is hot.
