Those who stayed at Premier Inns Concord found the staff helpful and pleasant to deal with, and those traveling with their animals were happy to find it was pet friendly.

Guests found the hotel's convenience to a Chili's restaurant and the Concord BART station useful, and said it was also handy to Walnut Creek and the freeway.

Although some found the quarters a bit dated, the low price meant the hotel offered reasonable rates for the area and the rooms are reportedly clean.

A small number of those staying at Premier Inns Concord mentioned that they had issues with bookings going astray, having to pay for Wi-Fi and were not entirely comfortable at staying at a residential hotel.

The area hosting the hotel is reportedly not the nicest, with some unsavory sorts noted in the car park, noise at times and police cars frequenting the area.

Some of those who stayed said the hotel looks rundown and dirty, with the pool seemingly kept in bad condition, although the rooms seem to be better looked after.
