Hotel Days Inn By Wyndham Niagara Falls Near The Falls (Niagara Falls, Canada)

Many of Niagara Falls' tourist attractions are within walking distance of the hotel. Both Horseshoe Falls and the Journey Behind the Falls attraction, which offers views of Niagara Falls, are 20-minutes' walk from the hotel. Other attractions such as the Greg Frewin Theater, Skylon Tower, Niagara SkyWheel, Niagara Falls Imax Theater and the Clifton Hill district are all within 10-minutes' walk of the hotel.

Guests reported favorably on their overall experience at Days Inn Niagara Falls. The rooms were reportedly well presented, clean and furnished with comfortable beds. The complimentary breakfast provided a great start to the day and included cereals, a range of breads and pastries, yogurt and fresh fruit. Guests also enjoyed use of the indoor pool, sauna and spa tub which were clean and well maintained.

The hotel staff are friendly, professional and helpful. There is always someone available to answer questions and to provide assistance and information including tourist advice.

Some guests felt that the additional charge for parking was too expensive and that parking should be either included in the hotel price or significantly reduced.

Some guests felt that certain elements of the hotel were run down and needed attention. Comments included that the wall paper was peeling and the ceiling had cracks in it. In some rooms the carpets are also worn, dirty and in need of replacement.

Housekeeping can be unreliable on occasion. Some guests reported that the bathrooms were not thoroughly cleaned and in some cases hairs have been found in the bed.
