The rooms at Lodge Inn and Suites have been described as a little on the unhygienic side, and could do with a deep clean, from carpets to walls. Guests reported stains on the walls and mold in the bathrooms and kitchen area. Some guests used their own sanitizer to improve conditions.

Problems with leaking toilets, broken shower curtains and cracked tiles are among the short list of grievances reported by guests during their stays. The economically priced rooms did make up for the lack of comfort according to most guests however.
