You will find the owner and manager, Rita, to be very friendly and helpful, with a good sense of humour and plenty of information to share about Bath and its attractions.

The rooms have been found to be comfortable, clean, sporting interesting artwork, and coming with a much appreciated kettle, tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits.

Crescent Guesthouse’s location, just outside of main city centre, puts you outside of the very busiest part of town, but you are still only a 5-minute walk into the centre of Bath, and all the tourist attractions are easily accessible.

Some guests have found the rooms at Crescent Guesthouse to be smaller than expected, which they thought to be fine as long as one was not planning to stay for a long period.

While many enjoyed the group dining layout at breakfast, others would have preferred to have private tables and not have to make small talk with strangers. Are you a morning person?

A handful of people have found the water pressure in the guest house’s showers to be unsatisfactory, but then again the vast majority do not seem to have had such issues.
