Many guests had positive comments to say about the hotel's complimentary daily breakfast buffet that is not simply continental but cooked as well. The choices offered are plentiful and the taste and amount offered was also satisfying. There are hot items like eggs, sausage, and fresh items like fruit and yogurt for example.

The hotel offers plenty of facilities such as an indoor pool and a hot tub, a free buffet breakfast, a clean environment and a free shuttle service into Annapolis. The value for many guests was well worth it and there are also options to upgrade to suite accommodations. The hotel does a good job of offering many services.

The last thing many of you want to experience when staying in a hotel is to have staff members treat you as if they're doing you a favor. You are the customer and should be treated as such, and many guests at this hotel felt the staff treated them with kindness and respect.

Some guests experienced the housekeeping staff stepping into the rooms without knocking and awaiting a response from the guests in the room. They just entered the room during morning hours when it is expected cleaning be done during the daytime.

Some guests experienced their A/C to be very loud during the night that also seemed to emanate an odd mildew smell. While complaints were made, the issue did not help them get a good night's rest. There were also occasions where noise came from outside or from next door neighbors.

The rooms in the hotel are described as needing a makeover. The smells, mattresses and facilities did not reflect a decent stay. Some described their beds to be old, the a/c not functional and the smells dingy.
