The Best Western Annapolis Hotel enjoys a convenient location, and check-in and check-out is fast and carried out by friendly and helpful staff.

The price of the hotel is regarded as being good value for money. The pool is also an asset, whilst the breakfast is great, and more than substantial.

The rooms are very clean and guests found the presence of a microwave and a fridge to be a great convenience. The maid service is excellent: they clean the rooms quickly. The beds are comfortable and the pillows were commented on as being particularly good, whilst the air conditioning works well.

The walls are thin: you could hear everything, both the traffic outside, and people walking around next door. The cleaning staff came knocking on the door early in the morning. The pool is very small and is only open for limited hours, some days it seemed to close earlier than it should have. The breakfast room is tiny and uncomfortable, and there are not enough tables to seat everybody so some of the guests had to sit outside.

Some guests found the room too be small and shabby, and the bathroom very small and seriously outdated with water pressure pretty low both in the sink and the shower. The toilet bowl didn't flush thoroughly, and the toilet seat was broken.

The location near the highways results in a great deal of traffic noise, the doors have a large gap that allows those noises into the room. There are well insulated windows but that is negated by the doors with an inch gap. The noise level of air conditioner was intrusive and the noise level of bathroom fan was even worse.
