Modern and Well Located.

The location of Brooklands Hotel is very good, and the Reception, Bar and Restaurant are all beautifully presented and modern.

Plenty of Space.

The executive rooms, facing the Mercedes track, are very spacious, massive in fact, extremely comfortable, and well insulated from exterior noise. The toiletries and room equipment are of a high standard.

Size Matters.

The spa was found to be rather small, with the hot tub particularly so, and very busy so that some guests were not able to use it. Guests were not comfortable sharing such a small tub with total strangers. There was disappointment at the lack of a swimm

Service in the bar was slow, and the prices are steep. It is apparent that guests do not like being charged extra for items that they feel should be part of what is not a cheap deal anyway. Paying a supplement for porridge at breakfast seemed ridiculous a

Parking is a problem on busy weekends, and the check-in took a long time, with some confusion for guests who had booked through third parties. Lack of electrical sockets at the bedside was an inconvenience.
