This small and almost perfectly formed traditional country Youth Hostel is housed in the former village Co-Op - in fact, it still retains many of its unique original features. Set in the centre of picturesque Youlgrave village (note the all-important spelling difference!) and located in stunning White Peak countryside, this hostel is a great base for walkers, cyclists and sightseers alike. The distinctive building overlooks the limestone dales around the River Bradford and has mountain biking, rock climbing and water sports easily within reach. Or if you're a history buff, Haddon Hall and Chatsworth House offer a fantastic day out for all the family.
