Denizkizi Hotel (Girne, Cyprus)

Many guests mentioned that they found the views from the hotel to be very good indeed. It seems that all the rooms face the sea, so no guests miss out on the view.

It was very difficult indeed to find a bad word spoken about the staff. They were said to be very friendly, but in a professional rather than over-familiar way. The hotel is family-run, and the owners were said to lead from the front by keeping an eye out for anything they could do to improve a guest's stay.

Again and again guests expressed their opinion that the grounds were exceptionally well maintained. There was no question of either the garden or the building being an eyesore. In guests eyes all the details were taken care of and both the building and gardens were immaculate.

The vast majority of guests enjoyed their stay at Denizkizi Royal, and there were very few negative comments to be found. One that was mentioned a bit was that guests had to pay for Wi-Fi. Of course this led to a great deal of unhappiness, with most feeling that connectivity was such a basic service nowadays that it should have been included in the room rate.

Though not necessarily a majority opinion, quite a few guests seemed to have been unhappy with the food served at the restaurants. The main complaints seemed to be very small portion size, and food being cold at the time of serving.

A couple of guests pointed out that their was a club at a nearby property that stayed open late on Friday and Saturday night, and caused some to lose a little sleep.
