The Pia Bella is set in spacious and well maintained mature gardens. These are an absolute pleasure to relax in and many guests really enjoyed the tranquil surroundings. Guests also praised the two freshwater pools which are recommended as a great way to cool down after a day soaking up the sun.
The food in general was rated to be exceptionally good but many guests felt the breakfast alone was worth returning for. You can expect plenty of choice and variety to set you up for the day and don’t forget to try the omelettes which are cooked to order.
The nearest beach is three miles away so not ideal for those seeking a beach holiday. The surrounding area to the hotel has been described as dusty and heavily polluted. There is a casino next door but apart from that there seems to be little in the way of local entertainment.
The rooms did not match up to the high standard of the exterior and public areas of this property. The general feeling was they needed refurbishment, bed linen and towels were a little worn and in some cases the bathrooms were grubby and even had mould.
