For people looking for an easy way to the theater district or easy access to New York City or the Lincoln Tunnel, this location is it. Guests advise though, depending on traffic, it can take approximately an hour to get to the heart of the city. However, the trade-off is you'll get a much better room rate than you'll find in Manhattan.

Visitors said they really enjoyed all the bonuses that come with staying here that include, in particular, the free breakfast buffet, convenient NYC shuttle and outdoor seasonal pool. While these factors are nothing extremely monumental, they are benefits that add to visitors experiences according to guests.

Guests really enjoyed what they called spacious and clean rooms. They also mentioned it was nice having the extra in-room features such as the coffee maker, fridge and microwave. In fact, several guests said that they would stay again.

Some visitors remarked that their interactions with the front desk and the management of the hotel borders on rude sometimes. Other visitors couldn't speak highly enough of the staff. So you may or may not have issue here.

Some guests mentioned that the area around the hotel can be a bit ugly. Although no incidents took place, some people said they felt nervous about the hotel's location since it seems unsafe to them. Most visitors, however, didn't have a problem with the surroundings.

Some travelers mentioned that the rooms smelled of urine. Others mentioned that it smelled of incense, disinfectants and even wet paint. While the majority of guests didn't have an issue with smells, a few guests did.
