For example, if you ask for “soup of the day” your waiter may have to go and ask. And what is Andalucian soup? The waiters need more organisation as well.
Don't be surprised to find the hotel surrounded by construction work. The area is up-and-coming. The hotel is located adjacent to a train station that is in the throes of being built. The area looks a bit like a building site.
