Guests found the location of the hotel to be very convenient as it was very close to the major airports and train stations. It has central location. It is only 32 miles away from the Bristol Airport and 40 miles away from the Cardiff Airport. The Newport train station is four miles away from the hotel, which made it quite easy for the guests to commute around.
Most of the guests felt that all the staff members were very professional and knew their job very well. They were very courteous and helpful. They were so hard working that there was not a slight hesitation on their part when it came to helping out the guests.
