The cable cars are also within walking distance, making it easy to take in attractions that are a little further away, like the New Orleans Museum of Art.
Guests found that every employee they encountered, from the front desk to the engineering staff, was friendly and helpful. They were quick to help guests without having to be prompted. Their concierge service is particularly useful, and many guests enjoyed the guided tours of the hotel as well.
